When I first started out as a massage therapist, my clients were people who worked hard for a living, had been in car accidents, multiple surgeries, orthopedic hardware to correct dysfunction and so on....
My massage work was beneficial on a therapeutic level. But there was still this group that had a hard time....So I asked spirit what they would need to live a more productive and functional lifestyle that they were wanting. To my surprise I started looking into Cranial Sacral Therapy. I graduated from a two year program in biodynamic cst and continued in consciousness studies for infants and children.
Cranial Sacral therapy has become a passion. Clients work with their spirituality, mental/emotional issues, and integrate their past(inutero) into present. So many issues are hidden in our preverbal years. Listening to the inherent wisdom in the body brings a whole new respect for healing. So subtle, yet so powerful, the perfect polarity in action. I cannot get enough! To watch people with chronic ailments find relief or heal completely is my passion.
Working with children has become one of my specialties, when they don't have to wear braces, remove blocks in learning, enhance their sense of self and connection with the family instead of behavioral issues, help adopted kids find their place in this world and heal bonding issues, clearing out lineage that can block our connection in this world. Yes to CST work! I have the perfect job!
